  • Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the funds' daily operations.
  • Monitor and reconcile fund positions, cash flow, and trading activities with administrators and counterparties.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of operational processes and workflows to increase automation and reduce operational risk.
  • Act as the main point of contact for service providers, such as fund administrators, auditors, and custodians.
  • Manage the settlement of trades across different markets and asset classes.
  • Prepare and analyze operational, risk, and performance attribution reports for senior management and investors.Must have
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a hands-on attitude.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Python programming for process automation and data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Ability to build and run queries in SQL for data extraction and manipulation to support reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Advanced English.Desirable skillsets
  • Proficiency in Excel and VBA.
  • Knowledge of the financial and capital markets.
  • Knowledge of back-office routines and investment fund administration.
  • Previous experience in financial market operations (investment bank, asset management, or brokerage firm).
