Role OverviewAchieve seamless IT operations and process alignment through expert BASIS administration.Main ResponsibilitiesLeverage ITIL awareness to maintain Service Level Agreements and adherence to processes.Mentor and train team members on best practices.Efficiently handle tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues.Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities for optimal system performance.Develop and enforce operational procedures for enhanced efficiency.Prioritize system uptime and manage BASIS activities effectively.Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support.Key Technical ExpertiseSAP server setup and configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks).
High Availability implementation (Unix / Windows).
BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues.Kickstart environment setup and maintenance.End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients.SAP version and EHP upgrades.Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS.Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM).
Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux / Windows administration.Advanced English proficiency.Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo SP, Curitiba PR or São Leopoldo RS.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio).
