About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring efforts across the Brazil region. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of recruitment experience, a basic understanding of IT roles, and knowledge of local labor laws and benefits practices.

This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles with a basic understanding of IT profiles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and provide input on statutory benefits for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Work towards meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
