Location : Job is remote, however, candidate must be located in commutable distance to Sao Paulo.

Overview : Join us as a Senior Technical Lead Engineer at AORO, which is a digital gold platform built to power the next generation of transactions on Web3 infrastructure and financial rails. We’re looking for a driven, capable lead that is up for the challenge of refining existing architecture and systems, and creating upcoming architecture to support products in the roadmap. You must have the grit and determination, but also be a hands-on engineer. You need to love to code, but also to see the bigger picture and most importantly, have integrity. You will be working alongside the CEO, CTO, and rest of the engineering team.

Responsibilities :

• Development in python, as we continuously architect and refine microservices.
• Create GraphQL, APIs.
• Orchestration and synchronization of messaging systems.
• Payment integrations, web3 integrations.
• Maintain CI / CD pipelines to deliver holistic solutions.
• Engineering smart contracts and other blockchain technologies.
• Database architecture, design, and implementation.
• Craft, optimize, and manage APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Tackle system optimization, performance, privacy, and data encryption challenges.
• Develop robust, scalable, testing platform-level systems.
• Champion iterative development and continuous enhancement.
• Stay at the forefront of trends in Cryptocurrencies, Web3, Blockchain technologies, Kafka, Event architecture, GraphQL, Apollo, Microservices, Systems, and API design.
