We are builders, we never run from a challenge, we are customer-centric, and if this sounds like you, we know you will thrive in our team.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency and scalability across the BI and Advanced Analytics platformsDetect and correct errors in our BI Platform and processes to guarantee reliabilityTranslate business requirements into predictive models, dashboards, simulations, and analytical frameworksDesign and implement forecasting solutions (time series, ML-based predictors) to anticipate trends in payment volumes, revenues, and customer behaviorDevelop and deploy machine learning models into production pipelinesHands-on analysis, design and development of interactive dashboards and data visualizations that combine descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive insightsBuild automated reporting and alerting solutions, integrating predictive and real-time metricsEnsure timeliness, resilience, availability and accessibility of dataMaintain and extend documentation of BI & ML architecture, processes, and proceduresStay up-to-date with industry standards, forecasting techniques, visualization best practices, and ML frameworksContribute to the definition of standards and best practices for data science, analytics engineering, and dashboardingWork closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product teams to deliver robust predictive and visualization solutionsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering / Data ScienceStrong expertise in SQL (Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (AWS / GCP : EMR, Lambda, EC2, S3, Athena, Redshift)Experience with forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, exponential smoothing, machine learning regressors, deep learning models)Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, PyTorch / TensorFlow is a plus)Familiarity with Spark for large-scale data processingExperience with Airflow, DBT, DataHub, GithubStrong understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and predictive analyticsProven experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar)Analytical and problem-solving skills with a holistic approach to business and dataExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to translate complex user requirements into technical, predictive, and visualization solutionsCurious mindset, ability to learn new technologies quicklyAbility to work independently as well as in cross-functional teamsWhat do we offer?
