UI / UX Designer (São Paulo, Brazil | Full-time)Location : São Paulo, BrazilExperience Required : 3–6 years in UI / UX design (fintech, trading, or consumer apps experience is a big plus)Employment Type : Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, engaging, and world-class digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.

If you enjoy designing seamless user journeys for fintech and trading applications, this role is for you.What You'll DoDesign intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps (iOS / Android) and responsive web platforms.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and improve workflows.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Ensure responsive design and accessibility standards across devices.Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency.Stay up to date with fintech and trading app design trends to keep our platforms modern and competitive.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.3–6 years of experience in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio of mobile apps and web platforms.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools.Strong understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and accessibility.Experience with fintech, trading, or data-heavy platforms (highly desirable).

Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, React) for smooth developer handoff.Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
