OverviewJob DescriptionThis role is responsible for developing and maintaining intuitive business process and / or social web applications for internal and external clients.This is a remote position in Brazil.What you will be doingParticipate in key stakeholder meeting and ensure high quality functional requirements are gathered for the implementation of the solutionSafeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocolsDevelop high-risk, complex solution designs; apply extensive experience and apply team standards in solution developmentDevelop and execute unit and integration testingCommunicate and gain approval from stakeholders on developed solutions; revise and modify as necessaryCreate, maintain, and update documentation of project code and processes following standards set forth by the applications teamMigrate solutions into production environmentsMaintain and support developed solutions; engage third party vendors when necessaryTrain and support complex end-user requests on developed solutionsOperate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledgeMentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on abilities of teamIdentify and improve team standards and grow knowledge of the team including but not limited to documentation, testing, and developmentPlan, prioritize and estimate incoming workWhat will make you successfulFluent in EnglishBachelor's degreeSignificant experience as an Application DeveloperSignificant experience with web developmentStrong coding skillsStrong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsStrong collaboration skills, applied successfully within teamStrong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of departmentStrong facilitation and project management skillsStrong attention to detailAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentStrong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tactAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, IIS, and Visual StudioStrong knowledge of web-server functionalityOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobUp to 5% travel time required
