About this Position

At Henkel we are looking for a Corporate Communications Senior Specialist. This position is responsible for planning and executing communication strategies across multiple platforms to a variety of audiences. The role involves managing public relations campaigns, drafting and localizing content for press releases, and coordinating with media outlets.

What you´ll do

Supports the planning and execution of PR campaigns and media relations strategies.

Drafts and localizes press releases, media pitches, and executive interviews.

Monitors media coverage and prepare performance reports and insights.

Manages relationships with PR agencies and external partners.

Coordinates crisis communication efforts in alignment with global and regional teams.

Develops and implement internal communication plans to engage employees and promote company culture.

Creates content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, News Hub and Viva Engage, etc.).

Collaborates with HR and other departments to promote internal campaigns and programs.

Supports content creation for Henkel Latam’s social media channels (Facebook).

What makes you a good fit

• Desirable experience with 8 or more years in communications.
• Experience in dealing with agencies, public relations.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
• Smart work Jundiaí. (Must be available to work in Jundiaí)
• Be proactive, anticipate needs, and not just follow orders.
