Job Title :

ERP Cloud Support SpecialistAs a seasoned professional, you will ensure seamless operation of Oracle ERP Cloud's accounts receivable and billing modules, upholding excellence in service delivery and adhering to SOX compliance and ITIL standards.Act within Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing, Payments, and Collections modules.Resolve tickets promptly in partnership with suppliers and internal teams.Support users during monthly accounting close in LATAM, USA, and APAC regions.Conduct regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environment.Maintain SOX compliance and documentation aligned with ITIL.Lead support operations focusing on quality, communication, and continuous improvement.Implement best practices using tools like ServiceNow and GitLab.Collaborate with Oracle engineering teams for effective integrations.Key Skills : Functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud : Receivables, Customers, Collections, and Billing.Capturing tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOM knowledge.Brazilian taxation understanding applied to billing and accounts receivable.Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation experience.Proficiency in BIP, PL / SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDi.Clear communication skills in Portuguese and English.Proactive work, collaboration, and results-oriented mindset.Experience in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
