Content Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing all editorial activities within the app, including special content projects and initiatives designed to increase video production, user engagement, and monthly active users. The role involves planning the editorial calendar, curating content, keeping app sections updated, and analyzing performance to inform future strategies.

Responsibilities

• Organize the editorial calendar, schedule, and monitor the app's push notifications.
• Plan in-app promotions for projects and activities.
• Schedule banners, notifications, activities, and other types of in-app content using various promotion resources and internal company systems.
• Curate and monitor the best content from ongoing projects and activities.
• Coordinate projects and monitor deliverables with other teams.
• Analyze performance of activities and content initiatives and generate reports to support strategy development.
• Diagram and configure in-app pages using interface editing tools.
• Provide operational support to the day-to-day demands of the content team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a field related to content and communication such as Journalism, Advertising, or Administration.
• Knowledge of the short-video market and digital content trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically using data.
• Previous experience with content management systems.
• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
