Job Title : Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer Industry : Fintech Location : Remote Contract : 6 MonthsWe're partnering with an innovative fintech company that is launching an intuitive, scalable mobile app.

They're looking for a Technical Lead with strong full-stack expertise to guide development, set best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives in hands-on coding with React, Node.js, and AWS but also enjoys mentoring, leading technical discussions, and shaping engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities : Provide technical leadership across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable web and mobile features.Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex data flows.Drive DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment processes on AWS.

Skills & Experience : Proven experience as a Technical Lead.Strong expertise with React.js, Node.js, and AWS services.Excellent command of spoken and written English for cross-team communication.Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and CI / CD pipelines.Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native).
