We are looking for QA Analyst , Hybrid ,Berrini area in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will : (responsibilities)

More than 10 years of IT experience

More than 5 years of experience as a QA with automation

More than 3 years of experience with QA process automation

Experience with web automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)

Experience with API automation (Postman, RestAssured)

Creation and maintenance of unit, integration, E2E, and regression tests

Basic knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, BlazeMeter)

Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

Knowledge of testing strategies (shift-left, test pyramid)

Strong critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and find gaps

Ability to anticipate risks and impacts of failures

Quality mindset :

Thinking beyond the "happy test," exploring alternative scenarios

Proactive in suggesting improvements to processes and products

Experience in log analysis and debugging

Good communication skills for interaction with the team and stakeholders

Autonomy and decision-making ability

Clarity in written and physical communication verbal
