OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth.
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier tech talent across the Americas.
You will be instrumental in understanding the intricacies of the US tech market, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and meeting aggressive hiring targets, including sourcing at least one qualified candidate per open position.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and assess technical candidates across software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct basic technical screening to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit when needed.Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close deals efficiently.Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent, particularly in the US market.Strong understanding of the US tech industry, including emerging technologies and trends.Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 technical recruiters; foster a positive and collaborative team culture; provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their recruitment skills.Adopt and promote continuous improvement in recruitment processes.Process ImprovementImplement innovative recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.
Proficiency in using custom recruitment tools and technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter).
