In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian companies—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM.ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channelsClearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companiesBook discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership teamMaintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logsCollaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategiesRequirements3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation roleFamiliarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR servicesExperience selling to North American marketsExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong communication and persuasion skillsComfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)Self-motivated, organized, and results-drivenPlusPrevious experience working remotely or with international teamsKnowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
