You'll lead a development team, set high standards for software design and implementation, and ensure the delivery of sophisticated, efficient software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine the technical direction and strategy for C++ development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Lead and manage a team of C++ developers, setting clear objectives and promoting professional growth.Oversee the entire development lifecycle of C++ applications, from concept to deployment and maintenance.Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on advanced C++ and related technologies.Stay at the forefront of C++ development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.Facilitate communication between the C++ development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.Qualifications7+ years of experience with C++.

Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.Strong experience in application security best practices.Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI / CD pipelines.Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.Advanced knowledge of trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.Advanced level of English.What We Offer100% remote work (from anywhere).
