Lotier is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Brazil (5 to 10 years' experience – English, Portuguese & Spanish speaking) who is energized by building constructive relationships with our customers and aligning with internal project teams.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze product usage and gather customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and areas for improvement.
Encourage product adoption by organizing demos, training sessions, and best practice sharing.
Act as the customer's voice, ensuring their insights and experiences are reflected in product development.
Coordinate structured interactions with customers on SLAs, service management, and support topics.
Lead project execution, ensuring smooth implementation and a positive customer experience.
Oversee project risks, timelines, and budgets, keeping systems like Jira and SAPbD updated.
Align customer needs with internal teams, helping to shape priorities and strategic planning.
Your interests and skills
Proven experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the media industry.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, supporting effective project execution.
Strong ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring a tailored approach to challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and customer feedback to drive informed decisions.
Project management expertise, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Willingness to travel (10-20%) for customer meetings, every 6 to 8 weeks, in person, and industry events.
Adaptability in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements.
You are fluent in English and Spanish, and ideally you speak Portuguese.
