If you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...The goal of the Inside Partner Account Manager (iPAM) is to provide support to the Pure partner community and make the experience that our partners have with Pure the best in the industry.

The role provides a diverse scope encompassing helping to onboard new partners, day-to-day assistance with systems and processes, pricing and deal registration, and actively helping to promote Pure's brand and programs to our partners.ResponsibilitiesHandle deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments and issuesAddress any issues with the deal registration processUnderstand and explain partner program details to partnersHelp partners with portal access and login (account creation, password resets, etc.)Provide partners with portal navigation assistanceAssist PAMs in onboarding new resellers and distributorsAct as point person for CPQ issues including license allocationAssist partners in accessing required and optional training and certificationsProvide proactive updates on progress towards meeting program requirementsAssess operational processes and identify opportunities to streamlineDocument new processes as they are introduced for partnersCoordinate responses and updates in Medallia for "detractors" in partner surveyField and redirect inbound queries from partnersDrive partner attendance to and participate in marketing eventsMarketing event follow upPartner recognition activitiesQualificationsBS / BA Required1-3 years of business professional experience, preferably in account management, sales or customer serviceWe are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leaveCompensation & EligibilitySalary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
