Client Operations Program Oversight Associate

Join our Commodities and Global Markets team is Sao Paulo Brazil as a Client Operations Program Oversight Associate.

The Client Operations Program Oversight Associate will provide concierge style support to our Sales and marketing staff, responsible for all client onboarding and lifecycle management activities.

In this role, you will be joining a high performing and accountable team and engage with end-to-end stakeholders, including clients, business, operations and various support and risk groups and will be responsible for determining and escalating high risk triggers and other potential risk findings and the maintenance of accurate and complete data and documents into our customer databases and conducting quality assurance reviews.

You will also ensure our clients' expectations at onboarding (and refresh) are clearly managed from requirement requests through to sourcing completion, and they have direct support throughout the process.
