Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow strong relationships with key accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary client contact , promptly addressing needs and concerns.
- Identify and pursue upsell / cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Present regular business reviews, highlighting performance metrics and growth potential.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client success.
- Maintain accurate records for account activity, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Advanced English is mandatory.Previous experience working at telecommunications company is desirable.Over 6 years of experience in the position in this segment.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.Note : Please submit your CV in English.
