As an experienced sourcing professional, you balance execution with advisory—leveraging market insights, data, and creative sourcing methods to solve hiring problems and improve outcomes.This role is ideal for a curious, data-literate talent acquisition professional looking to deepen their sourcing influence while operating in a fast-paced, global digital consultancy environment.Role responsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and expand a database of prospects that meet the company's current and future business hiring needsMaintain a high-level understanding of Valtech's value proposition, key differentiators, company goals, technologies, and client success storiesCreate a partnership with the Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to become a trusted source for quality candidatesBuild and maintain strategic talent pipelines across priority disciplines and geographies, aligned to workforce plans and future hiring needsTake ownership of candidate outreach and engagement using inclusive, personalized messaging that strengthens Valtech's employer brandBuild talent pipelines and engage with exceptional talent to join Valtech for our Technology, Delivery, and Creative practicesCreate and own the best practices around sourcing talented individualsProvide timely updates and collaborate effectively within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high-quality data and candidate experienceMust have qualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications : 3+ years of experience in Talent AcquisitionProficient English and Portuguese communication skillsAdvanced Boolean searching skills, and effectively engage with peopleDrive to succeed and growProminent organization, communication, and time management skillsDetail oriented and analyticalA desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentAbility to work autonomously, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and stakeholder needsExperience with LinkedIn RecruiterNice to have qualificationsA 4-year degree is desiredA strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts and emerging technology is desired, but not requiredExperience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)Working for IT Consulting company / related industry experienceIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
