Brazil O&M Solutions Manager

Job Purpose : To secure O&M service contracts by developing and delivering competitive O&M solutions, supporting project sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, maintain, and update the company’s O&M service offerings.

2. Gather and accurately interpret customer requirements.

3. Review and provide insights on project RFP documents.

4. Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects.

5. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

6. Provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning.

7. Participate in client meetings to promote the company’s O&M services.

8. Support and / or engage in contract negotiations.

9. Define O&M service KPIs and propose service quality improvement plans.

10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

1. Experience in the wind power industry is required.

2. Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written).

3. Ability to work effectively under pressure.

4. Open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.

5. Preferred qualifications :

o International work experience

o Engineering degree or related technical background

o Knowledge of business, finance, or legal aspect
