Medical Sales Representative

Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading CDMO specializing in gene therapy, who is seeking a driven and technically competent Medical Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Brazil.

This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships, promoting specialized biologic and gene therapy services, and expanding market presence.

Medical Sales Representative - Responsibilities :

• Visit hospitals, clinics, biotech & pharmaceutical companies to promote the CDMO’s gene therapy / vector development / GMP manufacturing capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, research institutions, procurement teams, and decision-makers in the gene therapy and advanced biologics space
• Execute sales plans and develop territory strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, proposals, and contract wins
• Clearly communicate technical service offerings, differentiators, turnaround times, quality standards, and compliance credentials to prospective clients
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical / Process Development, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure proposals, quotations, and customer expectations are aligned with service and regulatory capabilities
• Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, client needs, and customer feedback; feed insights back into marketing / sales strategy
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, visit reports, and territory performance metrics
