You will have significant autonomy over your working hours and days.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) : High-Scale UA Management : Take full ownership of planning and executing global User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile apps / games, maintaining a focus on exceptionally high budgets (High-Scale performance).

Social Platform Mastery : Lead advanced campaign management and optimization across core social media platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok, including creative iteration and testing.Data-Driven Optimization : Conduct deep-dive analysis using attribution platforms (AppsFlyer / Singular) to identify performance levers, optimize campaigns, and ensure aggressive ROI / ROAS targets are met.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Creative, Data, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.What You Must Bring to the Table : 3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition Mobile Apps or GamingEssential Experience managing and scaling VERY HIGH BUDGET SPENDS (High Scale is a must-have).

High Level of Independence and Accountability : Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, crucial for success in a part-time / remote environment.
