With your extensive knowledge of React Native, you'll lead a team of developers in crafting high-performance mobile applications, setting high standards for innovation and technical excellence in mobile app development.What You'll Do : - Define the technical direction and strategy for React Native development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead and manage a team of React Native developers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle of React Native applications, from conception to deployment.
• Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on React Native and related technologies.
• Stay at the forefront of React Native development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between the React Native development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.Here's what we are looking for : - 7+ years of experience with React Native.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI / CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
