We are looking for an experiencedOperations & Project Managerto lead our local activities in Brazil.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the performance of thelocal operational team .

Manage and oversee daily work oflocal service providers (ISPs) .

Communicate with clients : resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality.

Contribute to planning and monitor achievement offinancial KPIs .

Requirements

Legal residence in Brazil ( Brazilian passport or valid residence permit ).

Fluency in Portugueseand English or Russian (mandatory)

Proven experience inproject managementandteam leadership .

Schedule

Full-time — flexibility required ( 24 / 7 operations environment).
