Job Overview :

We are searching for Visual Merchandising Jr Manager responsible for guarantee the visual standard based on our global guidelines of our Samsung port folium on key accounts stores all over Brazil.

Key Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the VM calendar.

• Define design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Create attractive and engaging visual displays that make the customer explore the entire store according to our production guidelines for showcases, totems, displays, etc.
• Presentations and related matter reporting for HQ and top management.
• Cost analysis and budget control.
• Be the link between brand marketing team, commercial team and field force team
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product, briefs, and the overall brand strategy to ensure alignment across stores
• Ensure that store layouts reflect brand identity while maximizing space and enhancing customer experience
• Work closely with the Retail Regional Manager to prioritize store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus
• Be the guardian and the principal responsible to optimize investment with positive ROI.
• Provide coaching and development to the agency based on the global VMD guideline, focusing on the "art of science" of visual merchandising
• Track and monitor the execution status of store VM deployment to ensure timely, accurate, and safe completion
• Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize the VM process, improving both the instore team members experience and the customer journey
• Retail promo plan input – Collaboration with commercial team to guarantee best communication national wise.
• Background & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related .
• Experience : At least 5 years in Visual Merchandising
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Languages : English (fluent) is mandatory
• Power Point advanced
• Adobe Illustrator / Photophop (differential)
