CRM Architect

We are currently looking for a seasoned CRM Architect to join our dynamic team. This remote role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM architecture, be experienced in crafting customer-facing pages, and be adept at leading a team of junior developers. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing pages on the CRM Portal using both out-of-the-box capabilities and customizations.
• Oversee the CRM data model creation and participate actively in its design and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide expert guidance on best practices in CRM development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with Azure, Power Automate, and other essential systems.
• Develop and deploy custom applications within Dynamics CRM, ensuring high performance and adherence to business requirements.
• Facilitate seamless integration of CRM with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the CRM environment.
• Keep abreast of new CRM features and technologies, advocating for the adoption of innovations that can benefit the organization.
