Responsibilities
Lead HR due diligence and integration activities for multiple concurrent acquisitions
Serve as a subject matter expert to assist in transitioning practice employees and clinicians
Provide leadership in resolving complex employee relations issues pre and post-close
Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to the HR team
Conduct onboarding sessions for new practices to ensure a high-caliber experience
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management, preferably in the healthcare industry
Experience in M&A practices
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in a multi-state environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Demonstrated experience in project management with cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage various audiences
General knowledge of acquisition best practices related to HR operations
Ability to travel 50% for periods of up to a week at a time
