THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sr. Manager Product Designer Web in our Marketing Operations area in Brazil ! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

The Sr. Manager Product Designer Web is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of a team of web designers to ensure high-quality, strategically aligned design outcomes. As a leader, this role is accountable for setting design priorities, distributing tasks based on the skills and expertise within the team, optimizing existing design systems and processes for scalability, and contributing directly to practical design tasks when necessary. The Sr. Manager Product Designer Web also collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish design strategies that enhance user experience across multiple digital channels, including web and mobile platforms.
