Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and curious about the future of AI, automation, and workflow design? We're seeking a Customer Advocate who will play a key role in ensuring our users get the most out of our platform.
This position is a blend of customer support, success, and operations. You'll be responsible for assisting users with questions about setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve edge cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Users : Provide timely and effective assistance to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Guide New Customers : Help new customers onboard and integrate our platform into their daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption.
- Billing Management : Manage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations) and ensure customers have clarity on billing and account status.
- Content Creation : Contribute to our help center and knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- New Opportunities : Identify new opportunities during support and customer interactions and surface warm leads and expansion potential to our sales team.
About You :
You have 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Support, Onboarding, Sales Engineer).You've built automation flows before using tools like Zapier, Make, bots, API triggers, etc.You're consultative and empathetic – you love helping users streamline and optimize their workflows.You're familiar with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs.You're fluent in English and proficient in other languages such as French, German, or Spanish.
