Job Summary :
1、Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Brazilian market.
2、Manage and collaborate with a network of influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives, and fostering long-term partnerships.
3、Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns, and provide insights for decision-making.
4、Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, staying up-to-date with trends and best practices.
5、Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
6、Hiring influencers and embassadors to AliExperts program.
7、PM Development of AliExperts project growing the influencer base as well as impacted consumers.
Qualifications :
1、Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2、Above 5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record in the Brazilian market.
3、Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
4、Strong networking skills and experience in managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and measuring ROI.
5、Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6、Proven ability to lead and manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7、Experience working in a global company or with cross-cultural teams is preferred.
8、Experience working in an ecommerce company is preferred.
9、Previous experience in developing brand campaigns will be a bonus
