Job Responsabilities
Root Cause Analysis & Strategic Diagnosis
Investigate complex business problems through structured root cause analysis.
Identify performance gaps across operations, product, and user experience, proposing data-driven solutions.
Develop diagnostic frameworks to continuously monitor and improve business health.
KPI Design & Operational Efficiency
Define and track key performance indicators focused on operational efficiency and business scalability.
Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into process bottlenecks, cost drivers, and performance trends.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to implement improvements based on data insights.
User Growth & Behavioral Analytics
Analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Segment user behavior to uncover patterns that inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
Support A / B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Influence
Partner with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align on priorities and drive execution.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a strategic advisor, using data to influence decision-making across the organization.
Job Requirements
Hard Skills
Advanced SQL proficiency for querying large datasets and building scalable data solutions.
Strong analytical toolkit : Excel, Python or R, Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with experimentation frameworks, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with data modeling and business intelligence best practices.
Soft Skills
Structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) to work with international teams
Ability to simplify complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
High ownership, adaptability, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
