Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable high-impact solutions that drive innovation and shape outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Webflow design and development, with advanced JavaScript skills focused on accessibility and DOM manipulation. A deep understanding of HTML / CSS is also essential.

You will work closely with our in-house design team to implement responsive and accessible designs. Your ability to translate Figma designs into reusable compliant Webflow components will be valuable in this role.

We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach. Fluency in English communication skills is required, as you will be working closely with US-based teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Webflow Design and Development : 3+ years of experience in building scalable high-impact solutions.
• JavaScript Skills : Advanced JavaScript skills focused on accessibility and DOM manipulation.
• HTML / CSS Knowledge : Deep understanding of HTML / CSS.
• Zapier Experience : Experience with Zapier is a plus but not required.
• Component Building : Skilled in building reusable accessible components and integrating CMS in Webflow.
