SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantLocation : Remote from BrazilEmployment Type : Contract (PJ)Duration : 3 monthsAn nearshore onboarding consultant implements and supports SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 across adjacent time zones, owning end-to-end configuration, integrations, data migration, user enablement, provisioning, RBP, complex business rules, custom processes, and real-time collaboration aligned to SAP Activate and localization requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer business needs and translate them into configuration requirements.Recommend alternative configuration options when appropriate.Plan and execute end-to-end testing to confirm alignment with requirements prior to LoB and customer handoff.Set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines, and follow through to completion.Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers about configuration issues / challenges to drive a common solution.Demo system configurations to customers.Manage and prioritize requests from multiple sources (PM, LoB, Offshore).

Provide clear project status updates to team members.RequirementsCertifications in Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and Employee Central.Module integration & data flow : understand touch points between modules and data movement to downstream systems (e.g., payroll)Security : strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
