We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Specialist to spearhead our Client Service function, acting as the primary point of contact to elevate customer experience, foster loyalty, and drive business success in Brazil.Key Responsibilities : Strategically manage client acquisition and relationship building with a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM;Build and maintain rapport through frequent and sustained communication to enhance and expand relationships with existing clients;Develop key customer service processes and systems, establish management rules, and track the status of key customers;Conduct thorough analysis of client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare comprehensive customer analysis reports;Collaborate with various stakeholders from different departments to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer experience.Requirements : At least 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc.
;A proven track record of managing high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous;Superior communication and writing skills, proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus;Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
