Software Development LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Salesforce projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura / LWC), Visualforce, SOAP / Rest APIs, and declarative tools.Focusing on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) / CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs).

Manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
