What will you be doing?

The Compliance Specialist will report to the Compliance Manager and focus on merchant onboarding, day-to-day and ongoing documentation for KYC purposes, and other key internal controls as required by the Company.

Responsible for the merchant underwriting process, including the collation of KYC documents required as per Company AML / CFT and Onboarding policies

Ensure merchant information is kept up to date by conducting ongoing monitoring

Manage transaction monitoring for AML issues

Conduct periodic reviews as part of the Company's internal control function

Monitor other controls and limits in line with the Group's Risk Appetite Framework

Provide support and maintain relationships with customers, existing or new banking providers, and key partners

Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required

What skills do you need?

2+ years of professional experience, including experience in customer onboarding and transaction monitoring

Professional, flexible, and highly responsible

An understanding of AML / CFT Operations

Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Law, or similar, or a recognized accounting qualification

Fluent English speaker; other relevant languages are a bonus
