You'll assist with research, investor communications, project tracking, financial analysis, and other critical work as we expand.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch - Help study new opportunities and prepare reportsInvestor Communications - Support updates and materials for investorsProject Tracking - Process invoices, keep budgets up to date, and track costsData Work - Review and analyze data to spot trendsFinancial Analysis - Assist with numbers for acquisitions and new projectsBusiness Development - Help with outreach to potential customers and partnersRequirementsCareful attention to detailAbility to work respectfully with internal teammates and outside partnersCan work independently and stay organized without constant oversightStrong skills in Excel and Google SheetsComfort using AI tools to make work faster and more effectiveGood written and spoken EnglishGrowth PotentialThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder and learn all aspects of the business.
