What you will do
- Lead the architecture and development of low / no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
Must have
8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Spring, and React.3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar).Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems.Experience in designing secure, multi-tenant, and scalable SaaS solutions.Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design.Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices (CI / CD, containerization, cloud platforms).Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery goals.Upper-Intermediate English level.Nice to have
Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools.Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI / UX considerations.Perks and benefits
