- Help design and improve delivery strategies to make sure customers get the best experience, including on-time delivery rate, NPS, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment rate.
- Support in creating fair and effective rider evaluation plans that match different business needs.
- Contribute to improving rider performance through training, incentive programs, and clear guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze delivery data, spot issues, and suggest solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
