They can operate effectively as individual contributors in most circumstances with limited guidance and supervision.More specifically you will : Able to facilitate basic Sovos SDLC meetingsKnowledgeable in other process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc.)Interact with internal stakeholders and customers around requirements, issues and other common mattersKnowledgeable develop high quality code consistent with Sovos conventions and accepted coding best practices, including design patternsDraft designs and documentation for major functionalityTriage and resolve most customer escalations independentlyHelp other team members identify, elaborate and solve problemsTakes full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.Demonstrates initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth.Maintains a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action.Develops trust and models open, candid, respectful communication and collaborative teamwork.Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues and customersWhat We Need From YouDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software engineering experienceMinimum 6 months with of work experienceUtilize technology (e.g. c#, jest, AWS and Grafana LOG) to fulfill work requirementsEssential Job Functions : Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues and customersComprehend and communicate complex conceptsConcentrate, analyze and resolve complex problemsUtilize technology (e.g. phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirementsWhat Does Sovos Offer You?
