Working as part of the Salesforce Centre for Excellence, this role will help deliver the technology elements for feature upgrades, core platform integrations, and delivery best practices on the global Salesforce platform.
You will be part of a team responsible for the overall development and delivery of Salesforce upgrades / projects.
The broader accountabilities of the role will include managing and guiding the wider development team to create a high-performance and best-in-class platform.
You will be expected to implement new ways of working to support extensive digital transformation projects and ensure operational efficiency throughout the development team.
Job Description : Responsibilities
Develop the internal global Pardot (Account Engagement) instance as an enterprise solution.
Work alongside the Salesforce development team to create a seamless journey from Pardot Lead Generation through to Salesforce Opportunity Management (Lead-to-Opportunity).
Provide extensive custom development of the Pardot platform.
Configure and implement multiple Pardot Business Units to support the dentsu global brand and local marketing teams.
Work alongside campaign / marketing managers to tailor Pardot for high-class lead generation.
Ensure the integration from Pardot to Salesforce is maintained and upgraded as needed.
Manage all third-party platforms within Pardot (GA, G360, etc.).
Contribute expertise in advanced system administration and configuration (Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Security, and Permissions).
Implement best practices and utilize them to train and mentor other developers and team members.
Estimate and prioritize workload effectively for yourself and team members.
Responsible for the execution and ongoing support of Pardot projects and initiatives.
Continuously seek ways to improve the platform through best practices and feature upgrades.
Understand options and handle security requirements such as SSO and data security.
Understand Salesforce development methods.
Assist testers and support other teams in troubleshooting system issues.
Requirements :
4+ years of Pardot development experience.
Proven track record of developing a high-class Pardot instance.
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is essential.
Salesforce.com Pardot certificates are essential.
Experience within a large, global organization is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills, data, and software applications.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude.
Must be a self-starter and willing to get involved.
Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
Experience with Pardot, Sales Cloud, Lightning Force, Visual Force, APEX, SOAP and REST API, Application Integration, Salesforce DX, Jira / Confluence.
