Mandatory Requirements :

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of hands-on coding experience.
• Proficient in designing and developing object-oriented, flexible, scalable, and extensible Java components.
• Strong experience in frameworks like Spring , Struts , and Hibernate .
• Hands-on working experience in Java , JSP , JSPF , JSTL , Rest / SOAP Services , EJBs , and JPA .
• Familiar with Java editors like IBM RAD , Eclipse , and MyEclipse .
• Excellent team player capable of working independently.
• Experienced in working in team production environments.
• Strong working experience with testing tools like JUnit .

Desirable Requirements :

Summary of Requirements : Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, Rest / SOAP Services, EJBs, JPA, IBM RAD, Eclipse, JUnit, IBM WebSphere Server, IBM DB2.
