Role Overview
Little Bridge Search (LBS) represents a confidential, international OTA with a Brazilian legal entity.
This is a full-time CLT role for an experienced new business acquisition specialist (hunter) from within the Travel-TravelTech industry who will acquire API-connected B2B distribution partners in Brazil and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, signature, early onboarding / integration, and handover to Account Management.
You'll be supported by a non-micromanaging hiring manager and realistic growth targets (~20%) with rising demand.
The commercial motion prioritises API-connected clients, minimising the local-currency exposure common to B2C travel.
Responsibilities
Win new B2B distribution partners across Brazil (mid-tier OTAs, tour operators, affiliate networks, consolidators).
Qualify API / XML readiness and coordinate with integrations / product / legal to reduce time-to-first-booking.
Maintain rigorous pipeline / forecast and activity hygiene in CRM.
Bring market feedback to improve product, pricing, and partner playbooks.
Travel ~20% (conferences and partner meetings).
Profile
3–6+ years in B2B travel distribution sales (OTA / wholesaler / aggregator / affiliate).
Proven new logo acquisition and closing track record in Brazil.
Credible discussing API / XML and technical concepts with non-technical buyers.
Based in Brazil; comfortable working fully remote.
