Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Collections Analyst. The Senior Collections Analyst will manage and execute daily collections activities, including following up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts. The role involves analyzing customer accounts, identifying issues affecting payments, liaising with internal departments to resolve disputes, and preparing collection reports. Additionally, the Senior Collections Analyst will provide support in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes and reduce overdue receivables.

Qualifications

• Experience in Collections, Debt Recovery, and Credit Management
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior collections role or similar position is a plus
