Description

We are a next-gen DTC growth team and we provide ongoing creative optimization services to our clients.

We are looking for a video editor / creative content creator to edit & produce video & gifs for Tiktok, IG & FB ads using raw video assets mixed with creative use of stock footage and off-the-shelf effects.

The right candidate for this position will have a good understanding of performance marketing creative and be excellent at motion graphics and video editing in the social media advertising space.

Candidate Requirements

Must be fluent English speaker

1-2 years in motion graphics, video editing, or similar.

Preferably working in the startup or marketing space

Experience working with either marketing or product teams

Strong portfolio demonstrating direct response video editing principles.

Visual design skills with understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography

Adobe AE, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are unrivaled

You should proactively propose changes, cuts, and adjustments to make pieces better

You should be flexible with revisions and changes as the creative team constantly makes adjustments

You should have a passion for creating awe-inspiring designs and videos that convert

You should be able to think out of the box and come up with ideas for new creative based on the assets available
