About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join one of the world’s leading iGaming providers. In this role, you’ll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in global markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities
- Own and manage the sales pipeline process, ensuring data integrity, adherence to stages, and accurate revenue forecasts
- Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions for sales leadership
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development/sales, or B2B account management in the iGaming and gambling field
- Fluency in the Portuguese and English languages is required
- Knowledge of the Spanish language will be an advantage
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Experience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Persuasive with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Open to travel for business meetings and industry events
