About the RoleAs we continue scaling our go-to-market strategy, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sales to lead and grow our team of Strategic Account Executives (AEs).

This team is focused on penetrating and expanding within the largest 20 dental group practices in North America, primarily using a land-and-expand, bottoms-up sales motion.

Your role will be to coach, develop, and manage a high-performing team of AEs while collaborating with executive leadership to shape our Strategic sales motion.

Your AEs will be responsible for executing the overarching account plan as well advising BDRs and IRs on bottoms up account penetration in service of the account plan.

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the fastest growing team in Dandy's sales organization.What You\'ll DoHire, onboard, and manage a team of Strategic AEs responsible for new business and expansion within large group dental practicesDrive performance management, coaching, and day-to-day execution to ensure your team consistently hits sales KPIs and revenue targetsCollaborate with executive stakeholders to refine and optimize our enterprise sales process and segmentation strategyPartner with the Strategic Account Management, BDR, and IR leadership to ensure aligned account coverage across top-down and bottom-up motionsIdentify process gaps, enablement needs, and tooling improvements that increase team productivityServe as a player-coach when needed, helping to close key deals or unstick complex opportunitiesFoster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountabilityAnalyze pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on team performance using Salesforce and related toolsHelp build the foundational infrastructure, processes, and playbooks that will shape how Enterprise organization operates, prospects, and closes at scaleBuild strong cross-functional support to execute long-term strategic initiatives alongside the Director of Enterprise SalesWhat We're Looking For7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years managing high-performing B2B sales teams (startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred)Demonstrated success managing a mid-market or enterprise sales team with quota-carrying repsExperience selling into multi-location businesses or complex buying groupsStrong CRM and sales operations hygiene; highly organized and data-drivenTrack record of coaching reps on structured sales process, discovery, and pipeline managementProven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and drive results through othersBonus Points ForExperience selling into the DSO segmentExperience managing teams selling into dental, healthcare, or multi-site businessesFamiliarity with land-and-expand or dual motion (top-down + bottom-up) sales strategiesPast experience at a marketplace or platform companyHigh EQ and ability to motivate and retain talent during high-growth phasesReq ID : J-671For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
