Business Controller Americas, Bu Cranes

The Business Controller is leading the activities to support commercial team on business decision and opportunity identification and improve transparency to better achieve business target.

Partnering closely with sales, operation, product line, R&D and management team of business unit to boost profitable growth in the market and segment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive profitable growth by margin analysis and porvide transparent business status quo to the management, foresee and alarm potential business risksAnticipate market developments / external trends, staying ahead of competitors and market to build effective solutions Responsible for budget abd forecast cycle.

Coordinate with all relevant functions to prepare a reliable and explanable budget and forecast.

Challenge the functions to achieve business targetPerform variance analysis against budget and forecast to bridge the business gap and provide actionable proposals to business to mitigate the unexpected impact and recover the performanceDefine the relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of both operation and commerceMonitor the performance within business unitOwn product cost through the project and drive the cost reduction of the product to be competitive in the new marketFollow up the sales and product performance in revenue after product launchDrive financial performance improvement initiatives throughout business (cost reduction, asset management, capital efficiency, productivity, etc.);Initiate and lead the harmonization and improvement projectsProvide ad hoc analysis to address business needsKey RequirementsProven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong commercial acumen with ability to anticipate market trendsSkilled in KPI definition and performance monitoringExpertise in product costing and cost optimizationEffective project leadership and cross-functional collaborationYour Location : Brazil - Caxias do Sul (Cranes)
