Manage overall operations of stores within a district, focusing on revenue and profit and loss

Empower team members to deliver exceptional service to customers

Develop community relationships to enhance market share growth

Collaborate with the sales force to establish a presence in specialty market segments

Ensure compliance with safety standards and oversee the physical demands of the role

What is Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries

At least 1 year of operations management experience or related retail management experience

Knowledge of construction equipment

Must be able to travel frequently

How to Stand Out

Experience with project management

Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Internet / Intranet, and Wynne system
